DECISIONS

Mamby Pamby is a lad
Whose decisions sometimes had
Repercussions unforeseen.
Mamby Pamby isn't keen
To repeat his past mistakes.
Mamby Pamby never makes
A decision when he's asked.
He keeps his opinions masked.

He's proficient at the game:
Having someone else to blame
When a group must make a choice.
Mr. P will never voice
A suggestion: When to meet?
Risk bad weather? Where to eat?

Mamby simply says, "I pass."
But when ev'ry lad or lass
In the group does much the same
To avoid potential blame,
We just wind up, stymied, stuck
Till some bold, less patient schmuck
Makes the choice. Who will it be?
Much, much too often, folks, it's ME!
